RESIDENCE DEI VESPRI SICILIANI is situated in a turistic and strategic zone of Avola… Near the Residence there are free beach and a bathing establishment,many pubs, pizzeria and restaurants of fish, pizzeria, café, markets… and everything you need to be agreeable the holiday.
The Residence is a new complex for holiday; inside there are many apartments, totally furnished, with every possible comfort (air condition, tv, free self service laundry), and also an outside area for the barbecue, where there are many spices like rosemary, basil, mint and other. All the rooms are modern and functional, finished up also in the particular ones (the draperies, the pictures, the presses, the bedspread...). The external court has been realized in Sicilian style: ancient crocks and stone, characteristics jars and vases with always-green plants typical of Mediterranean area... and also the ancient "putteddu", parapet of a Sicilian wheelbarrow… to create a place from the ancient charm!

RESIDENCE DEI VESPRI SICILIANI is approximately 300 mt far from the sea, 100 mt far from a public park (ideal for children to play in a safe environment or take a bicycle ride to live carefree moments of relax) and to 1 km from the historical center of Avola.

• a bathroom with shower.

Outside there is an other table whit chairs.

PISTACCHIO

is an apartment for 3 people.
There are:

• a kitchen-living room, furnished with table, chairs, sofà and tv;
• an ample and bright triple bedroom (matrimonial bed + single bed) where it is possible to add a fourth bed or a cot, upon request;
• a bath with shower;
• an external porch equipped with umbrella, table and chairs for the breakfasts outside.

SMERALDO

is an apartment for 3 people.
There are:

• a big living room with kitchen, table and chairs, couch-bed,
• a triple bedroom (with matrimonial bed, single bed, air conditioner and tv),
• a bathroom with shower and washing machine,
• a solarium with table and chairs for eating out.

PAPAVERI

is an apartment for 4-5 people. It've

• a triple bedroom (with matrimonial bed, single bed, air conditioner and tv),
• a living room with double bed,
• a little kitchen,

MAGNOLIA

is an apartment for 2-4 people.
At the ground floor you'll find a couch-bed and tv, near to the matrimonial bedroom, separated from a bookstore, with air conditioner.
To the first floor, in loft, a relax room with 2 couch-beds and a little bath with shower.
On the solarium, there's the kitchen and a living area with table and chairs where you can eat and enjoy of a beautiful panorama.

AZZURRO

is an apartment for 4-5 people.
It's composed by:

• a triple bedroom (with 1 matrimonial bed and 1 single bed),
• a triple bedroom (with 3 single beds),
• a bath with shower,
• a great living room with sofa and tv,
• a kitchen (equipped with gas stove, oven, fridge and with everything are necessary for 5 people),
• an external terrace with table and chairs.
