Casa Rosa is situated in a beautiful location near seashore at just 300 meters from the sea, only 10 minutes by car from Noto and just 15 minutes from the city of Syracuse, near the bus-stops that connect you to the city.
Casa Rosa offers visitors an enchanting view of the sea with a wonderful landscape, presenting itself as a true natural oasis away from the traffic and the stress of the city.
Here you will find the peacefulness and the friendly Italian hospitality.

The house is disposed on the first floor where there are:
2 bedrooms tastefully furnished and equipped with every comfort, each with air conditioning,
2 bathrooms (one with tub and the other with shower and washing-machine),
the kitchen with adjoining living room, equipped with TV, which overlook the garden, where in the morning you'll have a pleasant outdoor breakfast;
on the second floor there is a spacious solarium with a table at your disposal for relaxing with friends or reading a book.

Free parking is available in front of the house.
